Play Unravel early with EA Access

EA Access is is one of the finest services on the Xbox One. It lets you play a selected number of EA games for free with an annual/monthly subscription and in addition to that, you also get to try out upcoming EA games before the release date. You get free trials for EA games for 10 hours. This is normally the full game limited to just 10 hours of gameplay. All your progress, levels, items, etc carry over to the full game should you choose to buy it.

However, this time, EA has made some changes to the trial system. For the upcoming puzzle platformer, Unravel you’re only limited to playing the first 2 levels of the game for 10 hours. It means that even if you complete the first 2 levels within 2 hours, all you can do is play the same levels all over again for the remaining 8 hours. This is no surprise because 10 hours for a platformer game is most of the times enough to beat the game so EA doesn’t want you sprinting through the gameplay and beating it only with a free trial.

Unravel is launching on the Xbox One on 9 February 2016. The game is available for digital pre-order and pre-download for $19.99.
